1-Dish Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake



Prep Time: 20 minutes
Bake Time: 30 to 35 minutes

Batter:

1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour

2 envelopes Fleischmann’s® RapidRise Yeast

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup very warm milk (120° to 130°F)

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1 cup fresh blueberries

 

Streusel Topping:

1/4 cup flour

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon

1/3 cup butter OR margarine, softened

 



Directions
MIX batter ingredients, except blueberries together in pre-sprayed 9-1/2-inch deep dish pie plate. Fold in blueberries.   Mix together streusel topping in small bowl with a fork until uniform consistency.
 
TOP batter with streusel topping.
 
BAKE

by placing in COLD oven; set temperature to 350°F. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
